Not so odd, after all
On Friday the 9th of February the Odd Saturdays and Odd Fridays got together
and had a great fun event. I was in Odd Fridays and had a great time. Kevin,
James, Neil and Rachel were great fun and thought of some really good games.
We played a game where there were two teams and you each had an individual number. You sat on either side of the room and if your number was called you had to run to the middle, pick up a rolled up piece of paper (bat) and try to hit a sponge ball along the ground and into your goal (table).
We watched "The Prince of Egypt", a brilliant film, and it shows how powerful our God is. We also had a wordsearch and a quiz on the Prince of Egypt and the girls won both. It was a great event and I had a brilliant time and I'm sure the other twenty-five children did as well.
